Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vowly, a dating platform operated from Ghana (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Vowly. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or impersonate any person.
• Solicit money, gifts, or financial information from other users.
• Upload content that is sexual, violent, hateful, or infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to access data you are not authorized to view.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service.

Vowly offers paid subscription plans and add-ons. Prices are displayed in Ghana Cedis (GH₵). Payments are processed by our payment partners (such as Paystack) via Mobile Money or card. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we believe your conduct harms the community.

The Service is provided "as is." Vowly does not guarantee that you will find a match, and is not liable for the conduct of any user on or off the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vowly's liability is limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
